Abide with Me – a timeless hymn reimagined in a symphonic metal style. This epic and emotional rendition brings a new depth to the hymn’s message of faith, comfort, and God’s abiding presence in life’s trials.

“Abide With Me” was written in 1847 by Henry Francis Lyte, an Anglican priest, as he faced his final days due to illness. Inspired by Luke 24:29, where the disciples ask Jesus to “stay with us, for it is nearly evening,” Lyte penned this heartfelt plea for God’s presence through life’s darkest moments.

The hymn was later set to music by William H. Monk in 1861, using the tune “Eventide.” Over the years, it has been embraced by churches, royalty, and even sporting events like the FA Cup Final. Its deep message of trust in God’s presence during life’s trials continues to resonate across generations.
